Centurion owner Frank Monte achieved considerable success with what is now known as Black Sand Real Estate, despite opening the firm just years before the housing market crash of 2008. Following the devastation of the housing crisis, Monte was able to pivot, creating a niche designed to give homeowners the opportunity to avoid the dangers of foreclosure. Known as Homeowner Answers, LLC, Monte’s company was staffed with skilled negotiators; professionals working on behalf of homeowners to eliminate potential financial liability once their homes were listed and sold.
